VeganMoFo 8: Perfect Autumn Dessert

I apparently have a sudden love affair with ginger (and I used to think ginger was so gross not so long ago...): Ginger Immunity Tea (Ed&BV), Apple Ginger Oatmeal, ginger in my celery-carrot-apple juice and... Gingered Pear Crisp from Vive le Vegan.

Really, really tasty. The tastes of ginger, pear, cranberries, oats, almond slivers and maple syrup... Perfect for a rainy day in Autumn!

Mmmm Ginger is one of my favourites. Ginger lollies, ginger cordial (the syrupy kids stuff, not the alcoholic kind), ginger muffins. About the only thing I don't like is ginmger tea. That dessert looks like heaven to me!

I adore ginger. My favorite is the pickled ginger that comes with sushi. Delicious!

Great looking dessert!
