VeganMoFo 24: Pumpkin smoothie

I just realize it is almost November. November! And then it's almost December and then it's already 2009! Yikes.

But onto the food. Finally finally, I have made V'cons Pumpkin Baked Ziti. Although I used pasta in the form of little shells, because I have never seen ziti around here and was out of penne. The cashew ricotta is delicious btw!

Someting I learned from the vegan blogging world: popcorn with salt and nutritional yeast. So simple, yet so delicious.

Pumpkin smoothie! (4 T pumpkin puree, 8 to 12 T soy milk, 4 soaked dates and of course cinnamon, cloves and all spice.) I love this.

Hi Sanja,

Your pumpkin smoothie looks delicious. I have been buying pumpkin soy milk at the grocery store, but now I might just make this instead!

Wow! Pumpking smoothie looks grand! I have been off sugar for 25 days, but dates are just fine. Hey it is a natural sweetener. OH, Rudolph is coming to dinner tomorrow. :o)

I can't believe how quickly this year went by either. considering it wasn't all that great for a lot of people, I say: good riddance!

I still haven't made this pumpkin pasta bake, I suspect it will be comfort food goodness.

I've just been catching up on your MoFo posts and I've totally got pumpkin on my mind now. I want pumpkin oatmeal for breakfast tomorrow and a pumpkin smoothie for dessert. Sounds delicious.
