Raw Carob Fudge

I made this recipe for Raw Carob Fudge yesterday. It is so, so good. It's really... well, fudgey, with a really rich taste. I love that, when you have just a few simple ingredients, mix them up and you get something that tastes totally different than when you would have eaten the ingredients on their own.

It's a good thing I just bought new walnuts and have lots of raisins and carob, because I'll be making this a lot!

It's funny, because I tried my hand at making non-raw fudge and failed miserably. This one is so easy to make and it really tastes like candy.

I really want to try this out!! My mom has been begging me to make fudge...being a chocoholic runs in the family ;0) I've never used carob before, so I need to go pick some up!

I've been really into the chocolate Jocalat Larabars lately, so maybe I should try your recipe instead of continuing to shell out money for the Jocalats.
